  • Very true. Some people make a distinction between motivation and the underlying reason for doing the action in the first place. I think that’s a key difference that helps people in times of waning energy and lack of drive. Thinking back to why you wanted it in the first place will bring up the same energy, same visuals, and hopefully the same motivation.

    • So true Ryan. People hear “motivation” and they think getting pumped up, when often it just means being reminded of what we already are striving for.
