Sometimes, a sense of humor goes a long way. Even with thank you notes.
I’ve taught you how to write a thank you note. And, yes, this goes against all of my advice that it should be:
- Handwritten
- Personal
- Specific
- Brief
But this is too good to pass up. It’s a thank you note from the comedy act Rowan & Martin after John Wayne appeared on their show, Laugh-In.
If you’re ever going to break the mold, do it like this:
Love it! Yes…be memorable, and I bet this was “personal” because they really only wrote/typed it for one guest ~ John Wayne! Thanks for the laugh, Matt!
Yep. I have to think of something funny now 🙂
