I just had a random thought about you and Michael's launch.

The one good thing about Michael's launch (and I've studied this as an affiliate for him...finished 5th and 4th the last two years with $34,000 in commissions) is that all you have to do is get them in the funnel. Michael's stuff closes. 

Last two years averaged 6.15% optin to sale rate. With the more personalized funnel this year, we're projecting safely at 6.5% (I think it will be a bit higher though).

In other words, you could send only one email to your list, then another one or two to unopens only and serve them and make a crapton of money.

Just a thought. :)
