What is your biggest challenge with affiliate marketing? Is there a question you’ve been meaning to ask me? What type of content is the most helpful to you? These are a few of the questions I ask in my Reader Survey.
Would you mind taking 5 minutes to answer a few quick questions? By doing so, you will be helping me to help YOU by telling me what types of topics most interest you, what types of content are most useful and the questions that you want answered.
More than three years ago, I began this amazing journey called a blog. It’s been full of ups and downs, elations and frustrations. Most of all, it’s had a positive impact on so many lives. And now it’s time to change it.
I’ve only purchased one Grateful Dead album (technically a CD) in my life. It was a greatest hits album called “What a Long Strange Trip it’s Been.”
That album title aptly describes this blog.
Over the past three years, I’ve learned a ton. I’ve also influenced people in ways I never imagine. So why change it? I’ll get to that in a moment.
First, what I’ve learned…

Things are Changing Around Here
I just wanted to drop a quick note on here to let you know that my site is undergoing a massive overhaul.
It will take place in three stages and stage one (new layout) is complete.
I’m sure there will be a few snags along the way, but I’m excited about the changes and hope you are too.
Here’s what you should expect now:
1. A faster site. We upgraded our WordPress Theme to the GetNoticed! Theme by Michael Hyatt. It is much faster than the previous theme.
2. A cleaner look. Again due to the theme upgrade, the layout of the site is much cleaner.
3. Mobile responsive. My site before was not very mobile-friendly. The stats don’t lie. 40% of mobile users bounced quickly compare to less than 10% of desktop users. Now the site is beautiful on mobile.
I’d love to hear what you think and if you do happen to find any of those snags, let me know.
We did it!
Thanks to you, we hit an amazing milestone last month. Below I share all of the highlights and lessons learned in October 2014.
The World Changer Show Hit #1
Thanks to my amazing listeners who’ve supported the show, The World Changer Show is currently the #1 New and Noteworthy podcast in three different categories on iTunes (Business, Health, Society & Culture).
This is an awesome milestone and blessing to our mission here. Because of the increased visibility of the show, we’ve seen a dramatic increase in new listeners. The audience is growing and the message is spreading far and wide!
If you haven’t yet, you can help the podcast expand and reach more people by leaving a quick rating and review in iTunes or Stitcher. Why are podcast ratings and reviews important and how do I leave one?
Can you believe it? The 4th quarter of 2014 is already here.
For me, that means my busiest season is here. With the Christmas season officially here, my consulting business really picks up.
This is a time to look ahead to a strong finish to the year, but it’s also a time to look back on September. There were many things to celebrate and many lessons learned…and as always, I share them all below.

1. Podcast Launch
All I can say is WOW.
The World Changer Show launch on September 16 with a bang! Three months of learning, planning, and promoting were worth it. We hit #5 overall in the Business category of iTunes on September 17, only one day after the launch.
The kids are back in school, the leaves are starting to fall, and the days are getting shorter.
Welcome to September. Can you believe we’re two-thirds of the way through the year? Time sure flies when you’re having fun!
August was another amazing, record-setting month and below I share with you the highlights, lowlights, lessons and a recap of the month that was. I also share how you can win a free t-shirt!

The first highlight was finishing the first ten interviews for the World Changer Show, which launches September 16.
I will share more on the upcoming guests next Tuesday along with an exciting announcement. But I can tell you now that the interviews have been amazing, the content inspiring, and the lessons life-changing. I cannot wait to share their wisdom and inspiration with you.
