Every great athlete uses detailed, clear, vivid visualizations. I didn’t know it at the time but I learned valuable lessons about success in life, leadership, business, and changing the world as I was growing up playing golf and working with a sports psychologist. Everything he taught me about golf performance applies to anything in life.

Question: Which techniques have helped you visualize positive results as a leader?
I really liked the part about not using don’t. I’ve started trying this method with my organ practice. instead of “don’t rush” I’m trying “be patient”.
